OWNERS FAQ’S

  • If a tenant falls behind in rent, we act immediately. We follow a clear arrears process which includes contacting the tenant, issuing the appropriate notices, and working to resolve the issue quickly. If the tenant fails to remedy the arrears, we take the necessary steps through the Tenancy Tribunal to recover the rent or end the tenancy, keeping you informed throughout the process.

  • We carry out a thorough vetting process which includes reference checks, employment verification, rental history, and credit checking to ensure tenants are a good fit for the property.

  • Yes, absolutely. While we handle the day-to-day management, we always consult with you on important matters such as approving tenants, setting rental pricing and any major maintenance decisions.

  • You will receive regular monthly statements detailing rent collected and any expenses, and end of financial year annual statements. We also provide inspection reports after each routine inspection and keep you updated on any maintenance issues as they arise.
